We are located within easy reach of some of the country’s most picturesque Waterfalls, Horton Plains National Park, Stage 13 of the Pekoe Trail, Lipton’s Seat, Ella, and the Demodara Nine Arch Bridge. We are also an easy stop on the scenic train route from Kandy to Ella.

This enchanting property will embrace you in its cozy ambiance making you feel instantly ‘at home’.
We offer a choice of 4 charming bedrooms, each individually designed to create a sense of warmth and comfort. Calm, white bedlinen and beautiful, bright handloom drapes & cushions, come together in perfect harmony to radiate elegance and charm.
All the rooms offer a different experience and showcase different views.
We recommend booking the entire main villa for a more peaceful and private experience.
To truly enjoy your stay in the hills, we advise a minimum of 2 nights’ stay for an unrushed and easy-paced holiday.

You could also experience our local culture by exploring nearby villages or going for long walks along winding mountain roads. Come nighttime, we could arrange a campfire out in the cool mountain air under a starlit sky, so you could sit around with loved ones to share stories and create spectacular memories.
For quiet relaxation, find your own little niche to read, doze off, do yoga, sunbathe by the pool or just gaze out at the mountain vistas. The beautiful surroundings, stunning views and nature trails guarantee an unforgettable holiday.
For the more adventurous at heart, Hapu Tales is a great base for trekking and biking against the breathtaking backdrop of mountains, valleys, winding roads and waterfalls.
